We have just moved into our newly owned house at 220 Ramada Lane in Aptos. While still fully occupied with unpacking and getting rearranged after the move, we would like to tell you all about the great experience we had with Sally in finding and purchasing our new house. My experience with Sally was nothing short of fantastic. This was my first home-buying experience and Sally was with me every step of the way. We’ve known Sally since 2000 when we were frantic to find a 1031 exchange home. It was 5pm when we met Sally at a home for sale in Seascape. She immediately put us in her car and drove us to look at 5 homes….. we purchased one of the five the very next day (just within our 45 day limit). We loved this home and used it for several years as a rental and then for a few months as a weekend home. At that point we prepared it to sell and Sally listed and sold it very quickly at a tidy profit.

Then in 2004, Sally took us “shopping” again for a 1031 exchange property. This time we purchased a home with a 180 degree ocean view. It needed total rehab but we loved the view. Sally negotiated a good contract and we began the work of making it a home. We fully renovated it and now love spending weekends there when we can. We also lease it out numerous times each year.
