Sally is amazing in every way. She listened carefully to our priorities, and showed us only places that comported with those priorities. We were moving from New York, and she accommodated our travel schedule and essentially spent an entire weekend driving us around from place to place. We had our 4-year-old in tow, and she played with him while we looked around, commandeered some of her granddaughter's toys for him to play with, and even delivered a much-needed PB&J sandwich on our second day of touring. Sally's team handled all the procedural details, right down to ensuring that the carpet was cleaned before we moved in. I cannot imagine a nicer home-buying experience.

Sally is professional that works well with her clients. She has a strong support team that can pull together detail information to help any buyer make the best decision for the client. Trust is a must for me. Sally did a great job helping putting the deal together. 'Sally provide other support to help myself and family get organized to the community. We are new to the community and she provide many helpful contacts. I would use her in the future if the need developed.

Mr. and/or Mrs. Zillow, I have know and worked with Sally Bookman since the early 70's. That in itself must say much about her abilities and my trust in her. I can add that although I now live some 1700 miles away, I still used Sally for the sale of my Aptos home. Regards Ted Downward

Short Sale Wizard: Sally delivers on "Mission Impossible" for our dream home on 3 acres of land! My partner and I tango-ed with Sally through a grueling 7 and-a-half month close, with two big banks considering three loans, filings of bankruptcy, and divorce finalization by the seller, who had not moved out of the house until the day we got our keys. The process was guided without losing our compassion for the seller's personal issues, in spite of the seller's agent being the seller's close friend who did not enforce move-out and deadlines as he could have. Sally dealt with all of this for us with professionalism and sensitivity, and thus it remained a conscientious and successful process to the dramatic final moments because of the dexterity and timeliness at every turn she took in pushing the ball along until we were in our home.

Sally is a lovely, heart-centered woman whose personal dedication to her clients goes way beyond exclusively making money (although she is very good at that too, as a Santa Cruz County top seller over many years) and into what I would wholeheartedly endorse as Karma Yoga (selfless service)....in this and other realms of community upliftment she is involved in as an artist, social justice educator, and philanthropist.

We would not hesitate to recommend her and have to several of our friends.

Sally is excellent! From the very first time we talked, she listened to our needs and did everything she could to fulfill them. Sally efficiently gathered a list of homes that met our criteria and we went and looked at them. She was knowledgable in every aspect of the real estate market and was patient. We found the home we loved and she negotiated the price to what we could afford. During escrow, she constantly kept us updated on our progress and we felt it went smoothly and without a hitch. My husband and I have already recommended Sally to a friend...she is definitely a competent and engaging agent. It is also quite an added bonus that she is extremely pleasant to work with!
