Sally is amazing in every way. She listened carefully to our priorities, and showed us only places that comported with those priorities. We were moving from New York, and she accommodated our travel schedule and essentially spent an entire weekend driving us around from place to place. We had our 4-year-old in tow, and she played with him while we looked around, commandeered some of her granddaughter's toys for him to play with, and even delivered a much-needed PB&J sandwich on our second day of touring. Sally's team handled all the procedural details, right down to ensuring that the carpet was cleaned before we moved in. I cannot imagine a nicer home-buying experience.

My experience with Sally was nothing short of fantastic. This was my first home-buying experience and Sally was with me every step of the way. We had a challenging sale on a lower-priced, bank-owned property and Sally and her daughter Tootsie fought for me every step of the way. Sally is very knowledgeable, never pressuring (she actually advised me against many properties that she felt weren't good fits) and takes the time to get to know you and your needs. I couldn't have done it without her.

Sally is excellent! From the very first time we talked, she listened to our needs and did everything she could to fulfill them. Sally efficiently gathered a list of homes that met our criteria and we went and looked at them. She was knowledgable in every aspect of the real estate market and was patient. We found the home we loved and she negotiated the price to what we could afford. During escrow, she constantly kept us updated on our progress and we felt it went smoothly and without a hitch. My husband and I have already recommended Sally to a friend...she is definitely a competent and engaging agent. It is also quite an added bonus that she is extremely pleasant to work with!
