Sally is amazing in every way. She listened carefully to our priorities, and showed us only places that comported with those priorities. We were moving from New York, and she accommodated our travel schedule and essentially spent an entire weekend driving us around from place to place. We had our 4-year-old in tow, and she played with him while we looked around, commandeered some of her granddaughter's toys for him to play with, and even delivered a much-needed PB&J sandwich on our second day of touring. Sally's team handled all the procedural details, right down to ensuring that the carpet was cleaned before we moved in. I cannot imagine a nicer home-buying experience.

Mr. and/or Mrs. Zillow, I have know and worked with Sally Bookman since the early 70's. That in itself must say much about her abilities and my trust in her. I can add that although I now live some 1700 miles away, I still used Sally for the sale of my Aptos home. Regards Ted Downward

Sally found me my house in three weeks by listening to our criteria. She guided us to the right neighborhood for me and my gardening. Picket fence, magnolia tree and a big garden. I saw the right home Saturday at 12 pm and we were signed up that day. Her team took care if everything when I went back to Indiana to pack up our house there. Four years later, Sally and Lee sold my beautiful home with diplomacy and empathy. I did not want to move, but it had to be done. They were bang on the price and made it as painless as possible.
