Sally Bookman
SRES, GRI, PhD. - Broker/Owner
Sally has lived and worked in Santa Cruz County since 1974. She has over 45 years of local real estate experience, completing more than 1200 real estate transactions to date. Over the years, she has been a top producer in the local real estate industry and has been recognized with several sales awards by the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors. Sally has earned the professional designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). In 2018, Sally opened her own independent office, SALLY BOOKMAN REAL ESTATE, which was an immediate success.
Lee Bookman
PhD. - Broker
Lee has over 41 years of experience in real estate, was involved in designing the Bay Area Regional MLS, and was Santa Cruz Realtor of the Year in 1994. He deals with various technical aspects of real estate transactions including building code requirements, property inspections, construction issues, financing, and escrow process. Lee also serves as Transaction Coordinator for the Team.
